My order still says it is "In Transit" for a number of days. What does this mean?
When your order status shows “In Transit”, it means the courier has picked up your package and it’s on its way to you.
If it seems to be stuck, here are the most common situations and what you should do:
- Possible reason: The courier has the package, but it may take up to 24–48 hours for scans to update.
- What to do: Wait a little longer and check again tomorrow.
- Possible reason: Courier system delays or technical issues.

- Try using the courier’s website directly with your tracking number.
- Contact the courier directly for more detailed information.

- Possible reason: Delivery may take longer due to courier delays, high shipping volumes, or unexpected events (e.g. bad weather).
