Wait between 30 and 60 seconds for the base to completely dry. Step 2: apply the transparent lip gloss on top of the base colour to add an irresistible mirror-like shine to your make-up. How do you remove the long-lasting liquid lipstick? To remove the long-lasting liquid lipstick, use a KIKO two-phase make-up remover like Pure Clean Eyes & Lips. The oil-based phase dissolves the pigments and film-forming agents that make the colour waterproof and long-lasting, while the water-based phase helps remove residue, leaving the eye area clean without the need for excess rubbing.
