I placed an order on your website (Order Summary attached) which clearly stated that it would come with two free samples: a fragrance sample and a haircare sample. However, when I received my package, these promised gifts were not included. To be honest, this was very disappointing. If KIKO is not able to provide such gifts, they should not be advertised in the order summary or invoice. Displaying items that are never delivered feels misleading to customers and affects trust in the brand. I kindly request clarification on this matter and expect a fair resolution. It would be appreciated if you could either send the missing gifts or provide an alternative solution. Thank you for your attention, and I hope KIKO will ensure this does not happen again to other customers.

This is a good eyebrow pencil, it covers the basic key uses of a traditional eyebrow pencil. However, it is not the most precise, especially for drawing the tail of your brow. Also, I would recommend seeing the colour result at your nearest Kiko provider, as the Deep Brunette shade was quite a bit lighter than expected.
