Buy in one store, pick up in another! How does it work?

If you're in a hurry or have other plans—no problem! With this option, you can purchase a product at one KIKO store (Store A) and conveniently pick it up at another KIKO store of your choice (Store B), as long as the selected products are available at Store B.

✨ Here’s how it works:

• 🛍️ Ask for this option in store. Make your purchase at Store A and choose where you’d like to pick it up.
• 💳 Complete the payment at Store A (we recommend digital payments for added convenience).
• ✉️ Wait for the confirmation email. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup at Store B, usually within a few hours or by the next day, depending on store hours and order volume.
• 😌 Pick it up stress-free! Once your order is ready, go to Store B, show the confirmation email and order number, and collect your purchase, no need to pay again!

⏳ You have 7 days to pick up your order. If you don’t collect it within that time, the order will be canceled and you’ll receive an automatic refund.
