Draw a thin line on the eyelid with the tip of the eyeliner, staying as close as possible to the upper lash line. For a flawless flick, thicken the last line of the eyeliner, aim outwards and towards the temple and draw a line diagonally. Apply the eyeliner to the eyelid before using eyeshadow to prevent the tip from coming into contact with any powder, which may reduce its performance.
How do you remove long-lasting eyeliner?
To remove long-lasting eyeliner, use a KIKO two-phase make-up remover like Pure Clean Eyes & Lips. The oil-based phase dissolves the pigments and film-forming agents that make the colour waterproof and long-lasting, while the water-based phase helps remove residue, leaving the eye area clean without the need for excess rubbing.
