How do I redeem a gift card?

Enter the gift card code and the security code received by email in the Payments section at checkout, selecting “Gift Card” as the payment method.

Simply show the codes to the Beauty Advisor at the time of purchase.

You can use your gift card together with another payment method (e.g. credit card).
Remember: the gift card can only be used in the country where it was purchased.

Use the “Track your order” feature to check its status by entering your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
