Can I cancel my order?
We get it — sometimes you change your mind 💕
Here’s how order cancellation works:

Check the time
You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of the order confirmation.

How to cancel your order
- If you have an account:
Go to My Account → My Purchases, select your order, and click Cancel Order (if still available). - If you checked out as a guest:
1️⃣ Go to the Track My Order page
2️⃣ Enter your email address and order number
3️⃣ Click the link you receive via email
4️⃣ Once the order details open, click Cancel Order

Too late to cancel?
No worries — once your order arrives, you can still return it by following our Return & Refund FAQ.
💡 Tip:
After 30 minutes, your order is already being prepared for shipment and can no longer be changed or cancelled.
