How do I change my account details?
✨ To update your account information, log in to your My Account section.
From there, you can edit all your details — from email to addresses, preferences, and more.
Go to My Personal Info & Settings →My Access Data → Change email.
Enter your new email and confirm it using the OTP code you’ll receive.
Go to My Personal Info & Settings →My Access Data → Change password.
Enter your current password, create a new one, and save your changes.
In My Personal Info & Settings, you can edit your first/last name, phone number, birthday, language, and country.
💡 Your birthday is needed to receive your Birthday Gift!
Scroll to the bottom of the My Personal Info & Settings page.
Tick or untick boxes to choose which emails you want to receive (newsletter, promotions, personalized offers).
Go to My Preferred Store, click Change store, search for your favourite KIKO store, and save.
Go to My Addresses.
You can add, edit, or remove addresses, and select your favourites for shipping and billing.
