Mobile Terms of Service
These terms and conditions govern the use of the short message service (SMS) for mobile (the βServiceβ), which is managed by KIKO S.p.A. (βKIKOβ, βweβ, or βusβ) as data controller, with its registered office at via Giorgio e Guido Paglia no. 1/d β 24122 Bergamo (BG). Your use of the Service constitutes your automatic acceptance of these terms and conditions (βMobile Termsβ or βTermsβ).
You will receive the Service as you have previously provided your consent to direct marketing, which also includes receiving recurring SMS from and on behalf of KIKO. You acknowledge that providing consent to direct marketing is not required to make purchases at KIKO.
Messages will be sent under the name βKIKO Milano,β a registered trademark owned by KIKO.
Services may be used by KIKO to send promotional messages. Promotional messages include communications relating to events, promotions, launches of products, sales, and loyalty program (e.g. missing rewards, points expiration, termination, welcome or anniversary emails), as well as other types of communications (such as βdo not miss your bagβ).
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service or any of its functionalities without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, we also reserve the right to amend these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of such amendments will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technologies.
Message frequency may vary.
The Service is free of charge. Please, check your mobile plan and contact your mobile operator for more details on any costs charged applied to text messages.
You may opt out of the Service at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in any text message sent by KIKO. Please note that the opt out of the Service automatically implies the waive of the direct marketing consent. You will receive a confirmation SMS. It may take approximately 72 hours for the removal of the marketing consent and related termination of the Services.
No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you subsequently request otherwise by providing your direct marketing consent again.
For assistance or support with the Service, you may send an SMS with the word HELP answering the message received from KIKO Milano.
We reserve the right to change at any time the telephone number used to operate the Service, and you will be informed of such change. You acknowledge that any message, including HELP requests sent to a changed telephone number, may not be received, and therefore the requests contained in such messages may not be processed.
You acknowledge that you are required to communicate a correct and valid phone number to receive the Service. Therefore, if your mobile number changes, to continue to receive the Service you are required to update it by accessing your personal account area or visiting a KIKO store and request to update your phone number.
