SCAM ALERT – Beware of suspicious emails and SMS in the name of KIKO!
We have been informed of phishing attempts fraudulently using the name of KIKO S.p.A. (“KIKO”), the KIKO MILANO brand, or the identity of people working at KIKO, inviting you to click on links, make payments, provide personal and/or sensitive data, or offering collaborations, benefits, winnings, prizes, or other gifts via email, SMS, or social media messages.
We would like to inform you that these communications are FALSE and do not come from KIKO.
- Verify the sender’s email address: Official KIKO communications only come from domains such as @kikocosmetics.com or @email.kikocosmetics.com. Be cautious of generic addresses such as @gmail or other domains (e.g., @instamail.it, admin@kikomilano.online).
- Verify the social profile through which you are contacted: KIKO’s official social channels are Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok; they are accessible through the official website kikocosmetics, and LinkedIn. Be wary of communications coming through unofficial social profiles.
- Do not trust offers of benefits/collaborations or promises of prizes/gifts: Be skeptical of extraordinary winnings or benefits that do not come from official KIKO email channels.
- KIKO never asks for personal and/or sensitive data via email: Never enter personal data, login credentials (username/password), credit card numbers, or other sensitive information on unknown or unofficial websites.
- Do not click on suspicious links: If you receive messages containing links, do not click on them.
- Do not reply to the message.
- Do not click on any link and do not provide any personal and/or sensitive data.
- Delete the message.
- Report the scam through our official channels and warn your contacts.
