Can I change my order or delivery address after I've placed it?
Once an order has been placed, changes are very limited.
Here’s what you can do depending on the timing:
- You have 30 minutes from the time of purchase to cancel your order directly from your account.

- Once canceled, you can easily place a new order with the correct items or address.
Once the 30-minute window has passed, the order can no longer be canceled or changed.
If you no longer wish to keep the items, you can take advantage of our generous return policy — you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your order.
