Imposible valorar: PEDIDO NO ENTREGADO Y FALSOS AUSENTES
Me envían este correo para valorar un producto que aún no he recibido. La empresa de transportes (Sending) ha registrado en el seguimiento "falsos ausentes" hasta en dos ocasiones, cuando he estado en mi domicilio en todo momento y ni siquiera se han molestado en llamarme por teléfono.
He intentado solucionar esta falta de profesionalidad enviando varios correos a la agencia Sending y hoy mismo he dejado registrada la incidencia a través del formulario de Atención al Cliente de Kiko Milano sin obtener respuesta.
Exijo la entrega inmediata de mi pedido [Añade aquí tu Número de Pedido] o la cancelación y reembolso íntegro de mi dinero de inmediato.
