Francesca Magnani is a lawyer who has spent most of her professional career collaborating with leading international and Italian law firms, gaining significant experience in the M&A sector, following relevant extraordinary finance transactions alongside Italian and foreign clients, with specific reference to mergers, acquisitions, and disposals of share packages and companies, leveraged buy-outs and private equity transactions, joint ventures, tender and exchange offers. Francesca joined KIKO MILANO in January 2019 as General Counsel with the objective of leading the Group’s legal department, and supporting global expansion and growth plans. Francesca Magnani holds a degree in Law from the University of Milan and is a lawyer at the Court of Appeal of Milan.
