The KIKO Rewards Programme is a way in which KIKO endeavours to reward and thank loyal customers. If you are a KIKO Card Holder (see the terms and conditions that govern the KIKO Card ("KIKO Card Terms and Conditions"http://www.kikocosmetics.co.uk/kiko-rewards/general-conditions.html) ("you", "your(s)") you will have been issued with a KIKO loyalty card (the “KIKO Card”) offering benefits such as discounts, promotions and you will be eligible to participate in the KIKO Rewards Programme whereby you can earn points on your purchases at all KIKO stores in the UK (the "UK Store(s)") and at the online store www.kikocosmetics.co.uk (the "UK Website"). This offer is conditional on your agreement to these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions").

Promoter: KIKO UK Limited (Company Registration No. 7030612) of 5th Floor, Mutual House, 70 Conduit Street, Mayfair, London W1S 2GF (“KIKO”, "Promoter", “we”, "us", "our").

These Terms and Conditions apply to your participation in the KIKO Rewards Programme which is created and operated by the Promoter. These Terms and Conditions do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with KIKO for products, services or otherwise.


These Terms and Conditions and the KIKO Card Terms and Conditionshttp://www.kikocosmetics.co.uk/kiko-rewards/general-conditions.html are available to KIKO Card Holders:
• on the UK Website
• in UK Stores
• on the “KIKO Rewards” mobile application (the "KIKO App").

KIKO reserves the right to change, modify and/or eliminate the KIKO Rewards Programme (or any part of it) and/or these Terms and Conditions or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to the KIKO Rewards Programme at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you. Any modifications will be posted on the UK Website and on the KIKO App and will take effect thirty (30) days after publication of the revisions. Your continued participation in the KIKO Rewards Programme will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms and Conditions and applicable policies frequently to understand the Terms and Conditions that apply to the KIKO Rewards Programme. If you do not agree to the amended Terms and Conditions, you must stop participating in the KIKO Rewards Programme.

1. Who can participate in the KIKO Rewards Programme?
You can participate in the KIKO Rewards Programme if you are a KIKO Card Holder, a resident of the United Kingdom aged eighteen (18) years or older or if you are under eighteen (18) years of age, you must have obtained the prior permission of your parents, guardian or legal representative. KIKO reserves the right to request written confirmation of such permission.

You are not permitted to participate in the KIKO Rewards Programme if you have a VAT number and/or if you are making purchases for commercial or professional activities. 

Participation in the KIKO Rewards Programme is free.

You can become a KIKO Card Holder by completing a registration on the KIKO App or via the UK Website. On completion of a registration via the KIKO App, you will receive a unique QR Code directly on your mobile device. On completion of a registration on the UK Website, you will be able to download a PDF file with a unique QR code. This QR Code is your KIKO Card. Limit one (1) KIKO Card per person in the UK.

2. KIKO Rewards benefits
KIKO Rewards allows KIKO Card Holders to collect Points in respect of all valid purchases made at the UK Stores and online on the UK Website (www.kikocosmetics.co.uk) with delivery to an address in the UK, subject to presentation of your KIKO Card prior to making a payment for a purchase.

For every £1 you spend on goods and services at the UK Stores and online at the UK Website (www.kikocosmetics.co.uk) (as shown on your receipt) you will receive ten (10) KIKO Rewards loyalty points (hereinafter “Points”). You can redeem your Points for rewards. When purchasing items at our UK Stores, be sure to let our beauty experts know that you are a KIKO Card Holder by showing your KIKO Card. When purchasing items on our UK Website (www.kikocosmetics.co.uk), be sure to log into your account before making a payment.

3. KIKO Rewards Term, Suspension and Termination
KIKO Rewards begins on 28 April 2015 and ends on 30 April 2016, subject to any subsequent extension, or earlier termination by KIKO (the "KIKO Rewards Term"). Any extensions will be indicated subsequently in these Terms and Conditions.

KIKO may suspend or terminate KIKO Rewards before the end of the KIKO Rewards Term, including in the event that the KIKO Card programme is terminated. KIKO Card Holders will be notified of early termination and suspension (and their consequences) at least thirty (30) days in advance or, for suspension, as early as possible or, at the latest, immediately thereafter. KIKO may at its sole discretion notify KIKO Card Holders via the UK Website (www.kikocosmetics.co.uk), on the KIKO App, and at UK Stores or via other means of communication.

KIKO Card Holders may convert their Points into Vouchers during the Rewards Term and up to a maximum of sixty (60) day period following the expiry or termination of KIKO Rewards. Points may no longer be converted into Vouchers after that time.

4. How to earn KIKO Rewards Points
You can earn Points during the KIKO Rewards Term by using your KIKO Card when making purchases at the UK Stores and on the UK Website (www.kikocosmetics.co.uk).

To collect Points, you must present your KIKO Card at the cash desk showing the personal QR code on your mobile device or on your pdf print out, before completing payment, or, for online purchases, you must log in to the UK Website (www.kikocosmetics.co.uk) before paying for purchases.

Points will be awarded only upon presentation of the KIKO Card incorporating the QR Code.

During the KIKO Rewards Term, KIKO may also at its sole discretion, award bonus Points to KIKO Card Holders for specific activities, such as sponsorship activities, purchases of specific products or services at one or more UK Stores, during a certain period of time, or other promotional and/or marketing activities. These initiatives will be announced as soon as possible on the UK Website (www.kikocosmetics.co.uk) or via other means of communication.

If all or some of the products or services purchased at the UK Stores or on the UK Website (www.kikocosmetics.co.uk) for which Points have been awarded are returned (e.g. if you withdraw from or terminate the contract or return an item purchased for which the Points had been awarded), KIKO will cancel the Points awarded in proportion to the amount refunded.

KIKO will cancel the Points where it reasonably suspects abuse, fraud and/or errors in the recording of awarded Points.

Points earned are valid for the entire duration of the KIKO Rewards Term and up the expiry or termination of KIKO Rewards. Any unused Points thereafter will be forfeited by you.

Points are not awarded for purchases of less than £1 or fractions of £1.
Points will be calculated based on the total price of products and services (e.g., shipping cost) purchased at any one time, net of any discounts.

Points are not awarded for purchases made prior to the start of the KIKO Rewards Term as defined above. Points will also not be awarded for purchases where you do not present your QR Code prior to making a payment for the purchase.

Points will only be awarded to KIKO Card Holders making purchases for personal use. Therefore, KIKO Card Holders with a VAT number making purchases for commercial or professional activities are excluded from KIKO Rewards.

5. Products and services eligible for KIKO Rewards
All products and services for sale at the UK Stores or on the UK Website (www.kikocosmetics.co.uk) (including shipping) earn Points, except for KIKO gift card purchases and KIKO Vouchers (see below for further information). 
KIKO gift card purchases do not earn Points for the buyer of the gift card. However, the recipient of the KIKO gift card may earn Points on purchases made using the KIKO gift card if they register for a KIKO Card and participate in the KIKO Rewards Programme.

6. KIKO Rewards Points status and allocation
You can check your up-to-date Points status via your KIKO App or by logging on to your account on the UK Website (www.kikocosmetics.co.uk). Your Points status will also be on the receipt of your last purchase.

Points are credited to you as follows:
Points for purchases made at UK Stores are credited within twenty-four (24) hours of the time of purchase.
• Points for purchases made on the UK Website (www.kikocosmetics.co.uk) are credited within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase.

Bonus Points are credited at different times indicated each time in the corresponding terms and conditions, except in the case of technical problems which cause delays to crediting Points.

7. How to spend KIKO Rewards Points
For the entire duration of KIKO Rewards Term and up to the termination of KIKO Rewards, you can exchange the Points that you have earned for vouchers to be used in the UK Stores and on the UK Website (www.kikocosmetics.co.uk).
Vouchers can be requested upon reaching certain Points thresholds:

£10.00 KIKO Voucher - Points required: 2000
£20.00 KIKO Voucher - Points required: 3000
£30.00 KIKO Voucher - Points required: 4000

You may request the Vouchers before the end of the KIKO Rewards Term and up to the termination of KIKO Rewards, provided that you have collected a sufficient number of Points to redeem the corresponding Voucher as at that date. Vouchers can only be exchanged for Points collected on one (1) KIKO Card and not for a combination of Points from multiple KIKO Cards. You can request Vouchers at the cash desk of a UK Store prior to making a payment for a purchase by presenting your KIKO Card to the KIKO representative, or when completing your online purchase, prior to making a payment for a purchase on the UK Website (www.kikocosmetics.co.uk), by selecting the Voucher option box on the shopping cart page. The requested Voucher must be used at the time of the request during the transaction in which you have requested the Voucher. You cannot cancel a Voucher after it has been issued to you. More than one Voucher may be used for a single purchase.

Vouchers are non-transferable and must only be used by the KIKO Card Holder requesting the Voucher.

Vouchers may only be used once, in a single purchase, and cannot be converted into cash. No change will be given on voucher purchases. To use the full value of the Voucher, KIKO Card Holders must always spend an amount in excess of the value of the Voucher.

Furthermore, Vouchers can be used only up to ninety-eight percent (98%) of the total price payable for goods and services purchased in UK Stores or on the UK Website (www.kikocosmetics.co.uk). For example, if the total price payable of a transaction is £12.00, you can use a £10.00 Voucher and pay the remaining £2.00.

The payment amount of purchases made using Voucher(s) will not earn you any Points (e.g. on a £15 purchase paid in part with a £10 voucher: the £10 paid with the voucher will not earn Points. In this example, Points will only be earned for the £5 paid by other forms of payment at the UK Store or on the UK Website).

8. Customer Service and Complaints
For any questions relating to the KIKO Rewards Programme, KIKO Card Holders may contact the KIKO Customer Service team, between 9AM and 7PM, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in the UK, or consult the “FAQ” (Frequently Asked Questions) on the UK Website (www.kikocosmetics.co.uk) or the KIKO App.

KIKO Customer Service can be contacted by sending an email to customercare-uk@customercare.kikocosmetics.com or by completing the online customer contact form, which can be found on the UK Website (www.kikocosmetics.co.uk) and entering your phone number in the form requesting a call back free of charge by a customer service agent.

Any dispute or complaint relating to use of the KIKO Card must be submitted to the KIKO Customer Service team within fifteen (15) days of the event leading to the dispute or request.

KIKO may contact the KIKO Card Holder at the most recent postal address, e-mail address or mobile phone number provided to us by the KIKO Card Holder.

9. Privacy
As part of the KIKO Rewards Programme, we will be entitled to use your personal information for the purpose of administering the KIKO Rewards Programme and allowing your participation in the KIKO Rewards Programme, including without limitation:
(a) To keep a track of your purchase history;
(b) To issue Points;
(c) To keep a track of your Points;
(d) To issue Vouchers;
(e) To keep a track of your use of Vouchers;
(f) To provide you with promotional and special offers and events and news;
(g) To update our profiling of your customer preferences so that we can tailor our products and services to serve you better.

Your personal information will be collected, stored and used in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available on the KIKO App (in the “Privacy” section) and on the UK Website at http://www.kikocosmetics.co.uk/secure-purchases/privacy-policy.html.

10. Information requests
Interested parties may contact KIKO at privacy@percassi.com, providing proof of identity to check their data, add to it, modify it or delete it, or oppose its processing.

Information requests regarding a disputed Points balance must be received by the KIKO Customer Service team within fifteen (15) days of purchases made at UK Stores or within forty-five (45) days of purchases made on the UK Website (www.kikocosmetics.co.uk).

11. Disclaimer
In no event shall KIKO be held liable to the KIKO Card Holder for any use of the KIKO Card in a manner that is inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.

Should the KIKO Card be used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions or with specific conditions of participation of individual promotions or be misused, KIKO may deactivate the KIKO Card, without notice, deleting any benefits accumulated by the KIKO Card Holder. KIKO reserves the right to take legal action against the KIKO Card Holder. In this case, you acknowledge and agree that all rights and benefits relating to your KIKO Card are automatically terminated and forfeited by you, including your participation in the KIKO Rewards Programme and all unused Points, vouchers and benefits that you have collected on your KIKO Card.

KIKO Card Holders are responsible for any mobile internet connection costs charged by their telephone operator or ISP.

12. Exclusion from the KIKO Rewards Programme
KIKO may exclude any KIKO Card Holder from the KIKO Rewards Programme, by cancelling their KIKO Card, with immediate effect on just and proper grounds, with written notice to the KIKO Card Holder explaining the reasons. Just and proper grounds may include (but are not limited to) fraudulent use or misuse of the KIKO Card or its number, or other breaches of these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws. In this case, you acknowledge and agree that all rights and benefits relating to your KIKO Card are automatically terminated and forfeited by you, including your participation in the KIKO Rewards Programme and all unused Points, vouchers and benefits that you have collected on your KIKO Card.

13. Leaving the KIKO Rewards Programme
If you terminate your participation in the KIKO Card programme, you will also automatically be terminating your participation in the KIKO Rewards Programme.

14. Governing Law
All rights and obligations arising from these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

8. Modalità di richiesta e ritiro premi
8.1) I Partecipanti entro il 31 dicembre 2015 potranno richiedere i Premi di cui al paragrafo 7 che precede, a seconda del punteggio totalizzato entro tale data.

8.2) Il Premio deve essere richiesto direttamente alla cassa al momento dell’acquisto presentando la KIKO Card o effettuando il Login prima della chiusura del carrello d’acquisto sul sito www.kikocosmetics.it. Il Premio deve essere utilizzato contestualmente alla sua richiesta, pertanto il Partecipante non potrà più revocare la richiesta di Premio una volta effettuata. All’interno della stessa spesa possono essere utilizzati contestualmente anche più Buoni Sconto posto quanto previsto al paragrafo successivo.

8.3) Il Premio può essere utilizzato soltanto una volta, non è frazionabile, non dà diritto a resto e non può essere convertito in denaro. Per utilizzare l’intero valore del Premio, il Partecipante dovrà sempre effettuare una spesa di importo superiore al valore dello stesso.

8.4) L’importo della spesa effettuata utilizzando il Premio non dà diritto all’accumulo di Punti corrispondenti al predetto importo (es. su un acquisto di 15€ pagato parzialmente con un Buono Sconto da 10€: sui 10€ pagati con Buono Sconto non matureranno Punti. Sui 5€ pagati con le altre forme di pagamento previste sul punto vendita o sul sito, matureranno invece 50 Punti).

9. Cauzione
In considerazione della durata dell’operazione a premi, delle modalità applicate all’operazione stessa e dei dati di redemption previsti, il montepremi totale stimato – importo imponibile – è pari a €1.700.000,00, importo che viene comunque cautelativamente aumentato a € 2.000.000,00.
KIKO S.p.a. presta cauzione tramite fideiussione bancaria di € 400.000,00 (Quattrocentomila/00) importo pari ad almeno il 20% del montepremi stimato.

10. Consultazione del regolamento
Il presente Regolamento sarà a disposizione dei Partecipanti:
- sul sito www.kikocosmetics.it
- sulla mobile App “KIKO Rewards”;
- presso i punti vendita KIKO
Sarà inoltre conservato in originale per tutto il periodo previsto dal DPR 26.10.2001 N. 430 presso la sede amministrativa della KIKO S.p.a. Via Giorgio e Guido Paglia, 1/D, 24122 Bergamo (BG).
Ulteriori informazioni sull’uso e i vantaggi legati alla KIKO Card sono contenuti all’interno delle Condizioni Generali della loyalty card “KIKO Card”, consultabili sempre sulla mobile App “KIKO Rewards” e sul sito www.kikocosmetics.it.

11. Trattamento dei dati personali
KIKO S.p.a. garantisce che i dati personali raccolti in occasione dello svolgimento della presente operazione a premio verranno trattati in conformità al D.lgs. 196/2003. Copia dell’informativa privacy ex art. 13 D.Lgs. n. 196/2003, è disponibile sulla App (sezione “Privacy”) e sul sito www.kikocosmetics.it (sezione “Privacy”).

12. Cessazione della partecipazione al programma
12.1) I Partecipanti possono porre fine alla partecipazione al Programma, rinunciando alla KIKO Card, in qualsiasi momento semplicemente contattando il Customer Service all’indirizzo di posta elettronica customercare-it@customercare.kikocosmetics.com o inserendo il proprio numero all’interno dell’apposito form sul sito per essere richiamati gratuitamente da un operatore.

12.2) KIKO S.p.a. potrà escludere un Partecipante dal Programma, revocando la KIKO Card, con effetto immediato per giusta causa, dandone comunicazione scritta al Partecipante contenente l’indicazione delle relative ragioni. La giusta causa comprende, ad esempio, l'uso fraudolento o abusivo della KIKO Card o del relativo numero, o altre violazioni del Regolamento o delle leggi applicabili. Tale situazione non consentirà più l'accumulo di punti sugli acquisti effettuati e determinerà la perdita dei vantaggi connessi alla titolarità della KIKO Card (utilizzo punti per richiesta premi e attività promozionali e di marketing riservate ai titolari della card).

13. Modifica del regolamento
KIKO S.p.a. si riserva di integrare o modificare il Regolamento avendo cura che le modifiche apportate non ledano i diritti acquisiti dai Partecipanti. Qualsiasi modifica sarà resa nota ai Partecipanti attraverso apposite comunicazioni sul sito www.kikocosmetics.it e sulla mobile App “Kiko Rewards”.

14. Sospensione o cessazione anticipata del programma
14.1) KIKO S.p.a. potrà sospendere o porre fine al Programma prima della data indicata nel paragrafo 2 solo per giusta causa, in conformità agli articoli 1989 e seguenti del codice civile. La cessazione anticipata e la sospensione (con le rispettive conseguenze) saranno comunicate ai Partecipanti almeno 30 giorni prima o, con riferimento alla sospensione, con il più ampio anticipo possibile o, al più tardi, immediatamente dopo la stessa. Tale comunicazione potrà essere effettuata da KIKO S.p.a. attraverso il sito www.kikocosmetics.it, sulla mobile App “Kiko Rewards”, presso i punti vendita ad insegna KIKO o attraverso altre comunicazioni relative al Programma.

14.2) In ogni caso, nell’ipotesi di cessazione anticipata del Programma, i Partecipanti potranno convertire i Punti in Premi entro 6 mesi dalla fine della manifestazione a premi. La conversione dei Punti in Premi non sarà più possibile dopo la scadenza di tale termine.

15. Servizio clienti KIKO
Per qualsiasi domanda o eventuale reclamo relativo al Programma, i Partecipanti potranno rivolgersi al Customer Service KIKO, attivo dalle 9:00 alle 19:00, dal lunedì al sabato, giorni festivi esclusi, o consultare la sezione “FAQ” (domande frequenti) del sito www.kikocosmetics.it o sulla mobile App “Kiko Rewards”.
Le richieste di chiarimenti relative al proprio saldo Punti dovranno pervenire al Customer Service entro 15 giorni per gli acquisti effettuati nei punti vendita Kiko e entro 45 giorni per gli acquisti effettuati online su www.kikocosmetics.it.

16. Disposizioni finali
Tutti i diritti e gli obblighi derivanti dal presente Regolamento sono disciplinati dal diritto italiano.
