At the time of payment at the store, present the KIKO Card using a mobile device or on your pdf print out before completing payment to earn 10 Points for every £1 spent, as shown on the receipt. Points will be credited only upon presentation of the KIKO Card with the QR Code.

These initiatives will be announced as soon as possible on the UK Website or via other means of communication.

Points are not awarded for purchases of less than £1 or fractions of £1.

Points will be calculated based on the total price of products and services (e.g., the cost of shipping) purchased at any one time, net of any discounts. Points are not granted for the purchase of KIKO Gift Cards. Points are not granted for the use of any rewards vouchers redeemed from us using the loyalty Points.

Only Participants making purchases for personal use will be awarded Points. Therefore, participants with a VAT number and/or making purchases for commercial or professional activities are excluded.

  • Can Points be credited for purchases made in the past or without the card?

No. Points are only credited upon presentation of the KIKO Card with the QR Code. Points are not awarded for purchases made prior to the start of KIKO Rewards, nor will Points be awarded for purchases made without the QR Code.

  • Returns and loyalty Points earned

If all or some of the products or services purchased at UK Stores or at the online shop on the UK Website for which Points have been awarded are returned, and (e.g. if the Participant withdraws from or terminates the contract or returns an item purchased for which the Points had been awarded), KIKO will cancel the Points awarded in proportion to the amount refunded.

  • Which products or service earn Points?

KIKO Gift Card purchases do not earn Points for the buyer. However, the recipient of the KIKO Gift Card may earn Points on purchases made using the KIKO Gift Card if they participate in KIKO Rewards.

  • What can I get through KIKO Rewards?

For the entire duration of the KIKO Rewards Programme, Points earned can be exchanged for vouchers to be used for the purchase of KIKO products at the UK Stores and on the UK Website.

Vouchers can be requested upon reaching certain Points thresholds:
    • 2 000 Points: £10.00 KIKO Voucher
    • 3 000 Points: £20.00 KIKO Voucher
    • 4 000 Points: £30.00 KIKO Voucher

  • Starting when and how can I use my loyalty Points to request vouchers?

Participants can use the Points available in their “Points Balance” immediately by requesting a voucher at the cash desk of a UK Store at the time of purchase, presenting the KIKO Card or before completion of the purchase on the UK Website for deliveries in the UK.

  • What is the deadline for converting loyalty Points into vouchers?

Participants must request vouchers listed above during the Rewards Term by expiry or termination of KIKO Rewards, depending on the number of Points accumulated by that date. Please regularly check the KIKO Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions so that you know if there are any changes to the dates of the KIKO Rewards Programme.

  • When and how can the vouchers be used?

Vouchers must be used at the time they are requested; thus, Participants cannot cancel a voucher after it has been issued.

Vouchers can only be used once, in a single purchase and cannot be converted into cash. No change will be given on voucher purchases.

To use the full value of the voucher, Participants must always spend an amount in excess of the value of the voucher.

More than one voucher can be used for a single purchase.

The amount of purchases made using the voucher(s) does not earn Points (e.g. on a £15 purchase paid in part with a £10 voucher: the £10 paid with the voucher will not earn Points. Points will only be earned for the £5 paid by other forms of payment at the store or on the UK Website).

Furthermore, Vouchers can be used only up to ninety-eight percent (98%) of the total price payable for goods and services purchased in UK Stores or on the UK Website. For example, if the total price payable of a transaction is £12.00, you can use a £10.00 Voucher and pay the remaining £2.00.

  • How can I withdraw from the KIKO Card?

KIKO Card holders may terminate their participation in the KIKO Card programme, by giving up their KIKO Card, at any time, by contacting the KIKO Customer Service team or by completing the online customer contact form, which can be found on the UK Website and entering your phone number in the form requesting a call back free of charge by a customer service agent. On terminating their KIKO Card, KIKO Card holders all rights and benefits relating to their KIKO Card are automatically terminated and forfeited, including their participation in the KIKO Rewards Programme and all unused points, vouchers and benefits that they have collected on their KIKO Card.

  • How can I withdraw from the KIKO Rewards Programme?

KIKO Card holders who terminate their participation in the KIKO Card programme, will also automatically be terminating their participation in the KIKO Rewards Programme.

  • Exclusion from the KIKO Card and the KIKO Rewards Programme

KIKO may exclude any KIKO Card holder from the KIKO Card and the KIKO Rewards Programme, by cancelling their KIKO Card, with immediate effect on just and proper grounds, with written notice to the KIKO Card holder explaining the reasons. Just and proper grounds may include (but are not limited to) fraudulent use or misuse of the KIKO Card or its number, or other breaches of the KIKO Card Terms and Conditions and/or the KIKO Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.

In this case, the KIKO Card holder rights and benefits relating to his/her KIKO Card are automatically terminated and forfeited, including his/her participation in the KIKO Rewards Programme and all unused points, vouchers and benefits that they have collected on their KIKO Card.
