General Conditions

The KIKO Card is a way in which KIKO endeavours to reward and thank loyal customers. If you ("you", "your(s)", “KIKO Card Holder(s)”) choose to register for, obtain and use a KIKO Card you will be offered benefits such as discounts, promotions and you will be offered the ability to participate in and earn points via the KIKO rewards programme ("KIKO Rewards Programme") at all KIKO stores in the UK (the "UK Store(s)") and at the online store www.kikocosmetics.co.uk (the "UK Website"). This offer is conditional on your agreement to these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions").
Promoter: KIKO UK Limited (Company Registration No. 7030612) of 5th Floor, Mutual House, 70 Conduit Street, Mayfair, London W1S 2GF (“KIKO”, "Promoter", “we”, "us", "our").
These Terms and Conditions apply to your registration for and your use of the KIKO Card which is created and operated by the Promoter. These Terms and Conditions do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with KIKO for products, services or otherwise.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY REGISTERING FOR, OBTAINING AND USING THE KIKO LOYALTY CARD, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU SHOULD NOT REGISTER FOR, OBTAIN OR USE THE KIKO LOYALTY CARD.
These Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions that govern the KIKO Rewards Programme ("KIKO Rewards Terms and Conditions") [http://www.kikocosmetics.co.uk/kiko-rewards/regulation.html] are available to KIKO Card Holders:
• on the UK Website (www.kikocosmetics.co.uk)
• in UK Stores
• on the “KIKO Rewards” mobile application (the "KIKO App").
KIKO reserves the right to change, modify and/or eliminate the KIKO Card (or any part of it) and/or these Terms and Conditions or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to the KIKO Card at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you. Any modifications will be posted on the UK Website www.kikocosmetics.co.uk and on the KIKO App and will take effect thirty (30) days after publication of the revisions. Your continued use of the KIKO Card will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms and Conditions and applicable policies frequently to understand the Terms and Conditions that apply to the KIKO Card. If you do not agree to the amended Terms and Conditions, you must stop using the KIKO Card.
1. Who can obtain a KIKO Card?
You can register for, obtain and use the KIKO Card if you a resident of the United Kingdom aged eighteen (18) years or older or if you are under eighteen (18) years of age, you must have obtained the prior permission of your parents, guardian or legal representative. KIKO reserves the right to request written confirmation of such permission.
You are not permitted to register for, obtain and use the KIKO Card if you have a VAT number and/or if you are making purchases for commercial or professional activities.
2. How to obtain a KIKO Card
The KIKO Card is issued free of charge (subject to possible internet connection charges to activate the KIKO Card which are borne by you according to the telephone operator or ISP’s tariffs), after you complete one of the following methods of registration:
(a) Via the KIKO App
Download the free “KIKO Rewards” mobile app from the Apple Store or Android Store (Google Play) and complete and submit the KIKO Card registration form. Once we have received and accepted your registration form, a unique QR Code representing the KIKO Card will be sent directly to your mobile device. This QR Code is your KIKO Card.
(b) Via the UK Website
Visit the UK Website www.kikocosmetics.co.uk and complete and submit the KIKO Card registration form which can be found on the UK Website by clicking on the "Register" button. Once we have received and accepted your registration form, you will be able to download a PDF file with a unique QR code representing the KIKO Card. This QR Code is your KIKO Card.
Refusal to provide any or all required data prevents the issue of the KIKO Card.
Valid and correct KIKO Card Holder data is required to receive the KIKO Card.
All KIKO Cards belong to KIKO.
Limit one (1) KIKO Card per person in the UK. Requests for additional KIKO Cards made by a person already holding a KIKO Card will be considered misuse of the KIKO Card under these Terms and Conditions. Should KIKO learn that a KIKO Card Holder is in possession of more than one (1) KIKO Card active in the UK, KIKO may disable all or some of them at its sole discretion.
3. KIKO Card advantages
With the KIKO Card, you can take advantage of promotions and discounts proposed by KIKO and reserved for KIKO Card Holders and participation in the KIKO Rewards Programme earning loyalty points (see the KIKO Rewards Terms and Conditions) http://www.kikocosmetics.co.uk/kiko-rewards/regulation.html instore at the UK Stores and online on the UK Website www.kikocosmetics.co.uk in relation to purchases delivered to an address in the UK.
KIKO reserves the right to modify the list of products or services that can be obtained with the KIKO Card for each promotion.
Information on the terms, conditions and procedures regarding individual promotions (including earning “KIKO Rewards” points) will be made available on the UK Website www.kikocosmetics.co.uk and at UK Stores.
4. How to use a KIKO Card
To use the KIKO Card and benefit from its advantages, you must present your KIKO Card at the cash desk showing the personal QR code on your mobile device or on your pdf print out, before completing payment, or, for online purchases, you must log in to the UK Website before paying for purchases.
Each KIKO Card is strictly personal to the KIKO Card Holder who has registered and applied for the KIKO Card and cannot be transferred to third parties or be used by anyone other than the KIKO Card Holder. KIKO store personnel may request that KIKO Card Holders show a valid piece of identification when using the KIKO Card as proof of identity.
The KIKO Card Holder bears sole liability for any consequences arising from misuse of the KIKO Card, including by third parties. In the event of loss or theft of the KIKO Card (e.g. loss or theft of the KIKO Card Holder's smartphone), the KIKO Card Holder must notify KIKO immediately by contacting KIKO Customer Service.
5. Customer Service and Complaints
For any questions relating to the KIKO Card, KIKO Card Holders may contact the KIKO Customer Service team, between 9AM and 7PM, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in the UK, or consult the “FAQ” (Frequently Asked Questions) on the UK Website www.kikocosmetics.co.uk or the KIKO App.
KIKO Customer Service can be contacted by sending an email to customercare-uk@customercare.kikocosmetics.com or by completing the online customer contact form, which can be found on the UK Website www.kikocosmetics.co.uk and entering your phone number in the form requesting a call back free of charge by a customer service agent.
Any dispute or complaint relating to use of the KIKO Card must be submitted to the KIKO Customer Service team within fifteen (15) days of the event leading to the dispute or request.
KIKO may contact the KIKO Card Holder at the most recent postal address, e-mail address or mobile phone number provided to us by the KIKO Card Holder.
6. Privacy
Following your registration for and use of the KIKO Card, we will be entitled to use your personal information for the purpose of administering the KIKO Card programme and allowing your participation in the KIKO Card programme, including without limitation:
(a) To issue you with your KIKO Card;
(b) To keep a track of your purchase history;
(c) To issue and track points and vouchers under the KIKO Rewards Programme;
(d) To provide you with promotional and special offers and events and news;
(e) To update our profiling of your customer preferences so that we can tailor our products and services to serve you better.
Your personal information will be collected, stored and used in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available on the KIKO App (in the “Privacy” section) and on the UK Website at http://www.kikocosmetics.co.uk/secure-purchases/privacy-policy.html.
7. Information requests
Interested parties may contact KIKO at privacy@percassi.com, providing proof of identity to check their data, add to it, modify it or delete it, or oppose its processing.
Information requests regarding a disputed Points balance must be received by the KIKO Customer Service team within fifteen (15) days of purchases made at UK Stores or within forty-five (45) days of purchases made on the UK Website www.kikocosmetics.co.uk.
8. Disclaimer
In no event shall KIKO be held liable to the KIKO Card Holder for any use of the KIKO Card in a manner that is inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.
Should the KIKO Card be used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions or with specific conditions of participation of individual promotions or be misused, KIKO may deactivate the KIKO Card, without notice, deleting any benefits accumulated by the KIKO Card Holder. KIKO reserves the right to take legal action against the KIKO Card Holder. In this case, you acknowledge and agree that all rights and benefits relating to your KIKO Card are automatically terminated and forfeited by you, including your participation in the KIKO Rewards Programme (see the KIKO Rewards Terms and Conditions) http://www.kikocosmetics.co.uk/kiko-rewards/regulation.html and all unused points, vouchers and benefits that you have collected on your KIKO Card.
KIKO Card Holders are responsible for any mobile internet connection costs charged by their telephone operator or ISP.
9. Termination of the KIKO Card programme
KIKO may at any time suspend or terminate the KIKO Card programme. KIKO Card Holders will be notified of termination and suspension (and their consequences) at least thirty (30) days in advance or, for suspension, as early as possible or, at the latest, immediately thereafter. KIKO may at its sole discretion notify KIKO Card Holders via the UK Website www.kikocosmetics.co.uk, on the KIKO App, and at UK Stores or via other means of communication.
10. Exclusion from the KIKO Card programme
KIKO may exclude any KIKO Card Holder from the KIKO Card programme, by cancelling their KIKO Card, with immediate effect on just and proper grounds, with written notice to the KIKO Card Holder explaining the reasons. Just and proper grounds may include (but are not limited to) fraudulent use or misuse of the KIKO Card or its number, or other breaches of these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws. In this case, you acknowledge and agree that all rights and benefits relating to your KIKO Card are automatically terminated and forfeited by you, including your participation in the KIKO Rewards Programme (see the KIKO Rewards Terms and Conditions) http://www.kikocosmetics.co.uk/kiko-rewards/regulation.html and all unused points, vouchers and benefits that you have collected on your KIKO Card.
11. Leaving the KIKO Card programme
KIKO Card Holders may terminate their participation in the KIKO Card programme, by giving up their KIKO Card, at any time, by contacting the KIKO Customer Service team via the contact details set out in condition 5 above or by completing the online customer QR Code, which can be found on the UK Website www.kikocosmetics.co.uk and entering your phone number in the form requesting a call back free of charge by a customer service agent. You acknowledge and agree that by terminating your KIKO Card, all rights and benefits relating to your KIKO Card are automatically terminated and forfeited by you, including your participation in the KIKO Rewards Programme (see the KIKO Rewards Terms and Conditions) http://www.kikocosmetics.co.uk/kiko-rewards/regulation.html and all unused points, vouchers and benefits that you have collected on your KIKO Card.
12. Governing Law
All rights and obligations arising from these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
