Joining the KIKO Loyalty Program means gaining access to exclusive rewards and beauty services — because we want to value every single one of your purchases! Here are the main rules: Our loyalty program allows you to reach different levels, each unlocking special surprises and rewards. Your level is determined by the purchases you made during the previous year. If you are a new member, your level will be determined by the purchases you make within 30 days after joining. You earn points by purchasing any of our products or services in-store. Your points balance is calculated annually. Points earned during your first year allow you to access the next level in the following year. Full details about levels and rewards can be found in the Program Regulations. What are you waiting for? Earning points has never been easier! For every 25 MXN spent, you earn 1 point when you shop using your KIKO account. Want to reach the next level? Collect 51 points or more to unlock the second level and enjoy even more rewards. The points you earn this year will help you reach higher levels next year — unlocking even more beauty surprises!

If you return a product, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your Loyalty balance proportionally to the refunded amount. Your points balance always reflects your final purchases ensuring fairness and accuracy!

Your points are usually added to your account almost immediately after your purchase. In some cases, the update may take a few hours to appear. Don’t worry if you don’t see them right away — they’ll show up soon! Keep in mind: Show your QR Code at the time of purchase in-store. Your points balance updates automatically and is recalculated annually based on your purchases.

The Birthday Gift is one of the exclusive benefits of the KIKO Loyalty Program — a beauty surprise to celebrate your special day! Eligibility Available to customers enrolled in the KIKO Loyalty Program. You must give consent to receive marketing emails in order to get the coupon. How it works One week before your birthday, you will receive an email with a code. How to redeem it In-store: Show the coupon code to a Beauty Assistant to collect your gift. Didn’t receive your code? Check your spam or junk mail folder. Enjoy your special gift — your beauty deserves to be celebrated!

The Welcome Back Gift is one of the first surprises waiting for you as a member of the KIKO Loyalty Program. You’ll receive it with your second purchase, with a minimum spend of 750 MXN.
