In order to meet the needs of each customer, KIKO lets you choose between two delivery methods which are different in price, timing and service. STANDARD DELIVERY is the most cost-effective solution with an average delivery time of 6-7 working days from when the postal service collects the merchandise from the KIKO warehouse. EXPRESS DELIVERY is the fastest service with delivery in 2-3 business days from the package being collected by Express Courier.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during normal business hours and excluding bank holidays. In your MyAccount "My orders" section you can check the status of your order and track your shipment from courier pick up to actual delivery. More details.
STANDARD DELIVERY is free of charge for all online orders over £25. If you choose EXPRESS DELIVERY will be offered at a discounted rate.

Every client on the KIKO site can take advantage of the Right of Withdrawal, in the event that you are not pleased with one or more products. We recommend that you visit the special section for further details. Refunds will be arranged with the Customer Service Department: the refund is made through bank transfer, on average within 20 business days of the request.
Payments by credit card on the KIKO portal are completely secure and risk-free. All information is transferred encrypted through an SSL certificate and therefore cannot be intercepted by outside parties; furthermore, the data is entered directly on Banca Sella's website, thereby guaranteeing maximum security. Also PayPal is a quick and secure payment system, whereby the amount is debited from the client's Credit Card or prepaid card, protecting the purchaser's information so that no financial information is transmitted.

2. Create a new Wishlist, by freely browsing the online store and entering the KIKO products that you love the most and would like to buy.
3. If you prefer to complete your purchase at another time, you can save your Wishlist and later turn it into an order, already set up in the shopping cart.
4. Share the Wishlist online, via Facebook, Twitter or by emailing it to anyone you'd like to know about your favorite KIKO products.
Add an additional dash of colour to your KIKO purchases with our unique gift packaging for only an additional £3.90. With a modern design and made of sturdy cardboard, they are available in three different sizes, from small to large, and three colours. How do I order a gift box? Here, if you wish, fill out the field "Enter your message here" to add a greeting card to the gift box and then click the "Confirm" button.
