If the parcel is intact, because it was never delivered or the customer refused receipt without opening it, we are happy to accept returns. If the parcel has instead been opened, the conditions established in our Terms of Sale will apply (How can I return an item?). The refund will be made to the person who purchased the Gift Card and not to the recipient.
