What happens to my points balance and spending total if I choose to return all or some of the items purchased?

In the event of a full or partial return of the products or services purchased in-store or online, the awarded points, in proportion to the refunded amount, will be deducted from your points balance. If you were a LOVE customer at the time of purchase, 10 points for every pound will be deducted from your balance; if instead you were an ADORE customer, 15 points will be deducted. 

The amount pertaining to the returned products will also be deducted from your annual spending total.
