I placed an order but haven’t received the confirmation email

Here’s what to do:

Check your inbox
- Look in your spam, junk or promotions folders — sometimes our emails end up there.
- The confirmation email is sent to the address used at checkout and includes your order number.

Check your account
If you have a registered account, go to My Account → My Purchases to see if your order appears there.
If it does, your order has been confirmed even if the email didn’t arrive.

Check your payment
If no confirmation email and no order in your account, your payment might not have gone through.
Please verify that the transaction was successfully processed with your payment provider or bank.
