  • What shipping services can I choose from?

    KIKO allows you to receive your products by:

    - Swiss Post Service - Asendia: home delivery in 7-8 working days* from the package being collected by the Postal Service.

    - SUPER EXPRESS DELIVERY (TNT Express Courier): delivered to the address in 1 -2 business days from the package being collected by Express Courier.

    Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during normal business hours, excluding bank holidays. The delivery times may vary for reasons of force majeure such as weather conditions and strikes.

    *Average time. In some cases the shipping times may vary by a maximum of 10 working days, depending on the national Postal Services.

  • When will I receive my package?

    The total delivery time can be calculated by adding the preparation time of the order to the shipping time.

    Preparation times: orders received from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, are shipped the same day if placed by 10:00 or on the following working day if placed after noon. Orders received on Saturdays and/or Sundays are shipped on the Monday or the following Tuesday.

    Shipping times: Swiss Post - estimated delivery within 8-9 working days from order confirmation. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during normal working hours, excluding bank holidays. Delivery times may vary for reasons of force majeure such as weather conditions and strikes.

  • How much does delivery cost?

    The cost varies depending on the delivery service and the destination country of the order. For more details see the "Delivery information and costs" page.
    Orders with a product total equal to or greater than SEK 449 receive a SEK 50 discount on shipping costs.

    KIKO is constantly involved with the major national and international express couriers to ensure the lowest shipping cost and the best service in terms of time, delivery and customer service.

  • How will the delivery arrive?

    The products ordered are delivered to the postal address specified by the Customer in the order form. By registering on the website it is possible to access the reserved MyKIKO section and manage the address book to select which delivery address to use for each order. The order status can be viewed at any time in the MyKIKO section.
    The products are shipped in boxes sealed with a tamper-proof label with the words “Guarantee Seal.”
    The delivery is considered complete when the product is made available to the Customer at the address specified in the order form.

  • Are there any additional costs for non-member countries of the European Union?

    Non-member countries of the European Union: at the time of delivery of the package, customers in all non-EU countries may be required by the courier to pay duty, customs charges or local VAT (which varies from country to country).

  • How can I track my order?

    The parcel tracking service is subject to availability, depending on the national postal network of the destination country.

  • What happens if I am not present on the day of delivery?

    The conditions vary according to the shipping service used.

    In cases of non-delivery due to absence of the recipient at the specified address, the Postal worker will leave a delivery card and the shipment will be available to pick up from the Post Business for approximately ten working days. After this period, the products will be returned to KIKO.

  • Why have I not received my order yet?

    KIKO is committed to carrying out deliveries according to the timetables defined by the various shipping services.
    Deliveries are from Monday to Friday during normal business hours, excluding national holidays. Force majeure events such as strikes and adverse weather conditions can delay delivery times.
    In the event that you are absent from the specified address, the Courier or Postal Worker will notify you of the attempted delivery (via email, delivery card, phone or another method) and, if the service allows it, a second delivery will be made or you will be contacted for it to be scheduled.
    If the address given by you is incorrect or not up to date, the package will be sent back to KIKO. Please check therefore that the address provided for delivery is correct and up to date before confirming your order.
