KIKO is committed to offering safe products with perfect quality. However, on rare occasions an item may have small irregularities.
If a product you received is defective, please report the problem to our Customer Service Department. Fill out all the fields indicating the type of defect, the batch number (the eight-digit code on the packaging) and attach a photograph illustrating the problem.
Our Customer Service Department will contact you to arrange the terms for a refund.
If you received the "wrong" product, please immediately report it to our Customer Service Department. Fill out all the fields specifying the name of the product you ordered and the product that you actually received.
Our Customer Service Department will contact you again to arrange the terms of the refund.
If, for any reason, you are not pleased with one or more products purchased on the site, you can avail yourself of the Right of Withdrawal.
To exercise this right, you must contact the Customer Service within a 14-day period.
Select the order for which you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and indicate the reason "Right of Withdrawal." For further information, visit the "Terms of Sale" section.
In order to be reimbursed for all or part of the products you purchased, you need to contact Customer Service and indicate a checking account payee and the corresponding IBAN number to which KIKO will credit an amount equal to the total for the returned items (less any shipping costs incurred for the purchase).
