🔔 We are currently experiencing problems processing online payment by credit card.
If you experience problems paying with your credit card, you are advised to report the matter to your card issuer. This inconvenience is due to the new payment verification and security regulations imposed by banks (PSD2 protocol).

When will I receive my parcel?

The overall delivery times are calculated by adding the order preparation times and the shipping times together.

Preparation times: orders received from Monday to Friday (Saturday for Yodel), excluding Bank Holidays, are dispatched the same day if placed before 10:00 or the following business day if placed after midnight. Orders received on Saturday and/or Sunday are dispatched on the following Monday or Tuesday.

Shipping times:  these vary depending on the service chosen (Swiss Post: estimated delivery within 8-9 working days from order confirmation; Skynet: 2-4 working days; TNT: 1-2 working days). Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday during normal business hours, excluding national Bank Holidays. 

Delivery times may vary due to force majeure, which includes adverse weather conditions and strike action.
