How can I track my shipment?

To check the status of a shipment, please visit this website. Simply specify your order number and the e-mail address used when placing your order.

If you already have a KIKO account, you can also log in to your account and go to the “Orders” section; adjacent to your order, you will find a link to the tracking page of the courier responsible for your shipment.
