The data supplied by yourself when completing the form will be processed by the Company to satisfy information requests about the Company and/or its products/services.	Execution of the contract for which the interested party is a subject.	This data will be stored for a year, the estimated time required to process the requests. After this time your data will be destroyed or rendered anonymous.

 

DATA PROVISION COMPULSORINESS

The provision of your data (telephone number) is required to provide you with the requested information; the non-disclosure of this data will not allow the Company to process your request. Your data (your name, telephone number, email address, address) must be provided to be able to provide the information requested, therefore if these information are absent the Company will not be able to process the request.

 

 

DATA RECIPIENTS

Data can be processed, on behalf of the Company, by third parties who are designated as managers and who receive appropriate operating instructions. These subjects generally fall into the following categories: 

a) companies that offer management and/or maintenance of the Company internet site;

b) Customer Service Management Agencies that offer call center services

c) vigilance and control authorities and every public subject legally entitled to request data

 

 

PARTIES AUTHORISED TO PROCESS DATA

The data can be processed by employees of the Owner or Manager of the processing who are expressly authorised for processing and have received appropriate operating instructions.

 

 

PERSONAL DATA TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EU

Transference of data outside of the EU is not anticipated

 

 

DATA SUBJECTS’ RIGHTS - COMPLAINT TO THE SUPERVISORY BODY

By contacting the Privacy Office via post at the address KIKO S.p.A. via Giorgio and Guido Paglia no. 1/D 24122 Bergamo, for the attention of the Privacy Reference, at the telephone number (°) or via e-mail privacy@percassi.com the interested parties can request from the owner the access, cancellation, correction of inexact and modification of incomplete data, as well as restriction of processing pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR and opposition to processing if in the legitimate interest of the owner.

If the processing is based on consent or contract and effected with automated tools the interested parties have the right to receive the data in a structured, commonly used and legible format by an automatic device if technically possible.

The interested parties have the right to complain to the relevant Control Authority in the member State in which they generally reside or work or the State in which the presumed violation occurred.
