If you placed an order on our online shop before 19 March 2020, you can monitor the deliver time through the tracking number of the courier that was sent to you.
If you placed an order on our online shop after 19 march 2020 (inclusive), we are sorry to inform you that, in order to guarantee the health of all the workers involved and in compliance with the orders issued by the competent authorities, we have suspended the processing of orders. 

Please note that you can manage your order from the MyAccount section or from the tracking page (if you placed your order as an anonymous user).

We will complete and ship your order as soon as the current restrictive measures are lifted.

Even during these difficult times, KIKO’s priority is always the care and satisfaction of its customers. Therefore, to thank you for your understanding and patience, KIKO would like to offer you £10 voucher valid for your next online purchase of £40 or more. You will receive this voucher via email once your current order is shipped, without the need to contact our customer care.



*Order cancellation
If you don’t want to wait for your order to arrive, you can request cancellation as follows:
- If you are a registered customer: go to My Account and, after logging in, click on the order summary and then on the “cancel order” button;
- If you are not a registered customer: go to the order tracking page. After entering your email and order number, your order details will appear. All you need to do then is click on “cancel order”.

How will the refund work?
Once you’ve confirmed your order cancellation, the refund process will be initiated; this may take up to a maximum of 14 days to be processed. 
You will be refunded via the same payment method selected during your purchase.
If you paid with a Gift Card, the amount spent will be re-credited to the same Gift Card.

The right of withdrawal has been extended until further notice, with regard to the re-opening of non-essential services determined by each individual state.
