  • What is KIKO KISSES?

    KIKO KISSES is the exclusive KIKO Milano loyalty program, which enables you to gain instant access to exclusive promotions, earn points with all your purchases both online and in stores, earn extra points thanks to countless initiatives and stay up to date with all the latest KIKO news!

    Consult the KIKO KISSES section on our website for further information or download the app available on iTunes and GooglePlay to join the KIKO KISSES loyalty program.

  • How do I join the KIKO KISSES loyalty program?

    Becoming a KIKO KISSES customer is easy; simply complete the registration form that can be found: 
    - on the KIKO app and free of charge for iOS and Android devices;
    - on the website in the following section; 
    - in all KIKO stores.

  • How long will the KIKO KISSES loyalty program run for?

    The KIKO KISSES loyalty program begins on the 23 July 2018 and ends on the 31 December 2019. Any eventual extensions to the program duration will be duly communicated.

  • What's different about KIKO KISSES?

    The new KIKO KISSES loyalty program is characterized by the following distinctions: 
    - we have created two levels,  LOVE (FAQ #6) and ADORE (FAQ #8);
    - we have included digital activities (Badges) that will allow you to earn points separately to those earned through your purchases (FAQ #13);
    - you will have more freedom to decide how many KISSES points you wish to convert into discount coupons. 
    The minimum threshold to convert points into discount coupons is 800, the equivalent of £4, but you can increase your discount by using additional multiples of 100 points, equivalent to £0.50. For further details, please click here (FAQ #20).

  • How do I become a LOVE customer?

    It’s super simple! To become a LOVE customer, you are required to: 
    - join the KIKO KISSES program (FAQ #2);
    - ALWAYS identify yourself as a KIKO LOVE customer when shopping by showing your QR code in store or by logging into your account on www.kikocosmetics.com before completing your purchase.

    As a LOVE customer, you will always earn 10 POINTS for every £1 spent and you will have access to rewards exclusively available to our LOVE customers (FAQ  #7).

  • What are the benefits of becoming a LOVE customer?

    Becoming a LOVE customer means gaining access to countless advantages, which include:  
    - 10 KISSES POINTS for every £1 spent;
    - a Welcome Bonus of 50 points when you register and a further 10% discount on your next purchase;
    - a Birthday Gift entailing a £5 discount (minimum spend: £25), valid for one week. It's the perfect way to celebrate your birthday!
    - Promotions and special events, which will be announced throughout the program.

    Find out about any restrictions that may apply to the collection of KISSES points (FAQ #11) and purchases that do not contribute to the annual spending threshold (FAQ  #12).

  • How do I become an ADORE customer?

    To become an ADORE customer (link faq #8), you are required to: 
    - be a LOVE customer (FAQ #6);
    - have spent at least £200 over the course of the year (FAQ #10).

    As soon as you have spent £200, you will automatically become an ADORE customer - congratulations! You will then be able to access all the rewards that KIKO has in store for you! 

    You will remain an ADORE customer until 31 December 2019 - unless any of the special circumstances outlined herein should apply (FAQ #20).

  • What are the benefits of becoming an ADORE customer?

    Being an ADORE customer is simply adorable, want to know why? 
    - you will earn 15 KISSES POINTS for every £1 spent;
    - you will receive a £10 discount coupon on your birthday (minimum spend: £40), valid for one week;
    - you will get free standard shipping on all online orders in Italy (minimum spend: £15).

    Moreover, you will have exclusive priority access to the promotions and special events announced throughout the program. 
    Find out about any restrictions that may apply to the collection of KISSES points (FAQ #11) and purchases that do not contribute to the annual spending threshold (FAQ #12)

  • What is meant by “annual spend”?

    Annual spend refers to the total cost of purchases made in store and online at kikocosmetics.com within the calendar year (1 January - 31 December).
    For 2018, this period will be from 2 July 2018 to 31 December 2018, while for 2019, this will be from 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2019.
    ALWAYS remember to identify yourself as a KIKO LOVE or ADORE customer by showing your QR Code or the e-mail received when you signed up for the loyalty program to the cashier. For online purchases at www.kikocosmetics.com, be sure to log in to your account.

  • Which products and services can I earn KIKO KISSES points on?

    All the products and services for which payment is required in our stores and on the website (including, for example, shipping costs) entitle you to earn KIKO KISSES points. 
    The only exception being the KIKO Gift Card: 
    - if you purchase a KIKO Gift Card, you will not earn points on the total amount spent;
    - if instead you use a KIKO Gift Card, you will earn points as usual.

  • Which products and services contribute to the annual spend?

    All products, without exception, and services for which payment is required in our stores and on the website, for example shipping costs, contribute to reaching the annual spend threshold (FAQ#10).

  • What are “Badges”?

    Badges are digital actions that enable you to earn extra KISSES points and receive rewards for your loyalty to the KIKO brand beyond your purchases. 
    KIKO has reserved 3 Badges for you (FAQ#14): collect them all and you will automatically earn 100 extra KISSES! What are you waiting for? Start collecting your Badges today!
     

  • Which Badges can I collect?

    The 3 KIKO KISSES program Badges are as follows: 
    1) Social Connect: log in to your KIKO KISSES account from Facebook, Twitter or Google+. Job done... you’ve already earned your first Badge!
    2) Beauty Addicted: to earn this Badge, all you have to do is complete your Beauty profile in your KIKO KISSES account. Beauty in the form of a Badge!
    3) Beauty Reporter: want to share your opinion on our products? Great, write at least 5 reviews for 5 different KIKO products and you’re all set!

    Attention: the Social Connect, Beauty Addicted and Beauty Reporter Badges can each only be collected once. Once you have collected all 3, 100 KISSES points will automatically be credited to your balance.

  • What happens to my KIKO Rewards Badges?

    If you were a registered KIKO Rewards customer and had previously earned the Social Connect or Beauty Addicted Badges, they will automatically be added to your account. What are you waiting for? Finish collecting your Badges today!

  • How do I benefit from rewards as a KIKO KISSES customer in store?

    To never miss out on a single KISSES point, always remember to show your QR Code, available on the KIKO app, to the cashier before completing the payment process. Alternatively, you can choose to: 
    - communicate the e-mail address used to sign up to the loyalty program;
    - show the cashier a printout of your QR Code, which can be downloaded from the “KIKO KISSES” area of your account on kikocosmetics.com;
    - tell the cashier your Card ID, which is available on the app, in the “KIKO KISSES” area of the website, and in the registration confirmation e-mail received when you signed up to the KIKO KISSES loyalty program.
    Always remember to identify yourself as a KIKO LOVE or ADORE customer before completing your purchase: once complete, you will no longer be able to gain access to your points! 

  • I’m having problems with my QR code at the cash desk; what can I do?

    Scanning the QR code can be challenging in certain lighting conditions. To identify yourself to the cashier, you can: 
    - increase the brightness of your device display to use your QR Code;
    - communicate the e-mail address used to sign up to the loyalty program;
    - show the cashier a printout of your QR Code, which can be downloaded from the “KIKO KISSES” area of your account on kikocosmetics.com;
    - tell the cashier your Card ID, which is available on the app, in the “KIKO KISSES” area of the website, and in the registration confirmation e-mail received when you signed up to the KIKO KISSES loyalty program.

  • How do I benefit from rewards as a KIKO KISSES customer when shopping online?

    To make sure that you don’t miss out on a single KISSES point when shopping online, you must always remember to log in to your KIKO account with the same e-mail address used to sign up to the KIKO KISSES loyalty program before completing your purchase.

    In the event that you fail to identify yourself, you will lose your right to the corresponding points on completion of your order.

  • Where can I check my KIKO KISSES points balance?

    You can view your up-to-date KIKO KISSES balance: 
    - on the receipt pertaining to your last purchase;- in the “KIKO KISSES” area on the KIKO app;- on kikocosmetics.com by logging in to your KIKO KISSES account;

    Remember that the points balance displayed on the app and website may not have been updated. For further information, please consult the following section (FAQ #21).

  • How long does it take for points to be credited to my account?

    The timespan required for points to be credited to your account depends on the activity completed: 
    - In-store purchases: within 24 hours;- Online purchases: within 7 days;- Social media points: within 24 hours;- Product review points: within 24 hours;- Registration bonus points: within 24 hours.

  • What happens to my points balance and spending total if I choose to return all or some of the items purchased?

    In the event of a full or partial return of the products or services purchased in-store or online, the awarded points, in proportion to the refunded amount, will be deducted from your points balance. If you were a LOVE customer at the time of purchase, 10 points for every euro will be deducted from your balance; if instead you were an ADORE customer, 15 points will be deducted. 

    The amount pertaining to the returned products will also be deducted from your annual spending total  (FAQ #10). 

  • Can I lose my ADORE status following a full or partial product return?

    You will become an ADORE customer once you have spent a minimum of £200 over the course of the year (FAQ #10). 
    If however, you choose to fully or partially return any products, your spending total will also be updated, with the subsequent deduction of points corresponding to the cost of the items returned. Should your spending total fall below the £200 threshold following the product return, you will subsequently lose your ADORE status and go back to being a LOVE customer.

  • How long do I have to use my KIKO KISSES points?

    KIKO KISSES points can be used to obtain discounts until 31 December 2019. Any eventual extensions will be duly communicated.

  • How can I convert my points into coupons?

    From 23 July 2018 to 31 December 2019, once you have collected more than 800 points, you can decide to convert these into coupons. Once you have exceeded the 800-point threshold, you can decide to convert a further 100 points (or multiples) to obtain additional £0.50 discounts. 
    A few examples:
    - 800 points: £4 KIKO discount coupon;
    - 900 points: £4.50 KIKO discount coupon;
    - 1,000 points: £5 KIKO discount coupon;
    - 1,500 points: £7.50 KIKO discount coupon. 

    Requesting your discount coupon is easy: 
    - In-store: directly at the cash desk by identifying yourself as a KIKO KISSES customer (FAQ#16) before completing payment. Our store personnel will convert the desired number of points into coupons for you.
    - Online: log in to your KIKO KISSES customer account (FAQ#18) before your shopping cart is emptied and select the number of points that you wish to redeem from the designated box at the end of the purchasing process.

    We would like to remind you that the discount:  
    - must be used once requested, this request cannot be revoked once made;
    - cannot be split, does not entitle the bearer to change and cannot be converted into cash;
    - entails the deduction of the points which have been converted into discount coupons;
    - must be used in its entirety, meaning that you must always purchase goods of a higher value than that indicated on the coupon;
    - cannot be used to purchase KIKO Gift Cards.

  • Can coupons also be partially spent?

    You can use your discount coupon in any store within your country or online on the website. To benefit from the discount, you must always purchase items of a higher value than that indicated on the coupon. Coupons are not redeemable for cash, do not entitle the bearer to change and must be used in their entirety. 
    Points will not be due for the amount paid with the coupon. For example, on a purchase of £15 partially paid with a £10 discount coupon, points will only be due for the £5 paid with other forms of payment.
