for about 48 hours you will not be able to see the information relating to your order in the My account / Track my order.
We would like to inform you that the order will still be processed and shipped to its destination.

I have forgotten my password to access the website; what can I do?

Don’t worry, creating a new password is easy:  Click on Forgotten your password?, enter the e-mail address used to register on the website and click on “Send e-mail”. You will then receive an e-mail containing a new password. For security purposes, we recommend that you change the password received from your KIKO Account immediately.
