What happens to the points earned if I return a product purchased online?

If you choose to return all or some of the products or services purchased in store for which you earned points (for instance, should you return a product for which points have already been awarded), the store will issue a voucher and the previously acquired points will be deducted from your balance. Subsequently, when the voucher is used to purchase new products, the points corresponding to the amount indicated on the voucher issued for the previous return will be credited to your account.

In the event of a full or partial return of the products or services purchased from the online store for which points have been awarded, (for instance, should you choose to exercise your right to withdrawal or terminate the contract or in any case return the products for which the points had been credited), the acquired points, in proportion to the refunded amount, will be deducted.
