KIKO can deliver to Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark (excluding Greenland), Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Romania.
KIKO is committed to working with the major express couriers and national and international postal services to guarantee the lowest shipping cost and to achieve the best service in terms of delivery time, reliability and Customer service.
UPS Express Courier is not available in the not mentioned countries.
* Excluding Greenland. UPS only delivers to postcodes between 5000 and 9999.
Non-member countries of the European Union: at the time of delivery of the package, customers in all non-EU countries may be required by the courier to pay duty, customs charges or local VAT (which varies from country to country).

***When the delivery is missed, the shipment will be available to collect at the post office for approximately 10 working days.
Working days: Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Preparation times: orders received from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, are dispatched on the same day if placed before 12:00 or on the following working day if placed after noon. Orders received on Saturdays and/or Sundays are shipped on the following Monday.
Shipping times: the delivery times may vary for reasons of force majeure such as weather conditions and strikes. Orders containing flammable products (i.e. nail lacquers), delivery will take 2 extra working days.
SWISS POST (Asendia)
KIKO offers the option of receiving the goods easily and directly at home in 7-8 working days (up to a maximum of 10) via the Swiss Post Service - Asendia (delivery times may vary due to reasons of force majeure such as weather conditions and strikes).
The products ordered are delivered to the postal address specified by the Customer in the order form. By registering on the website it is possible to access the reserved MyKIKO section and manage the address book to select the delivery address to use for each order. The order status can be viewed at any time in the MyKIKO section.
Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday during normal business hours, excluding national holidays.
The products are shipped in boxes sealed with a tamper-proof label with the words “Guarantee Seal.”
Once the order has been dispatched by post an email will be sent.
The delivery is considered complete when the product is made available to the Customer at the address specified in the order form.
UPS EXPRESS COURIER
KIKO orders can be received conveniently at home within 2 to 4 working days through our partner UPS Express Courier service which is fast and guaranteed (delivery times may vary due to force majeure events such as weather conditions and strikes).
Orders are delivered to the postal address specified by the Customer on the order form. By registering on the website it is possible to access the reserved MyKIKO section and manage the address book to select the delivery address to use for each order. The order status can be viewed at any time in the MyKIKO section.
Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday during normal business hours, excluding national holidays.
Products are shipped in boxes sealed with a tamper-proof label with the words “Guarantee Seal.”
Once the order has been dispatched with the express courier, an email will be sent with a link to check the progress of the shipment from its assignment to a courier through to its actual delivery. Registered users will also be able to view the link through their MyKIKO account in the “My Orders” section.
The delivery is considered complete when the product is made available to the Customer at the address specified in the order form.
DELIVERY CONTROL
Upon accepting delivery of the KIKO order from the Express Courier/Postal Service, the Customer is required to carefully check that:
1. the tamper-proof label is intact and the packaging is not damaged or tampered with;
2. the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number detailed in the shipping documents.
The Customer must immediately notify the Courier/Postal worker if there is any damage to the tamper-proof label, packaging or products, or if the number of packages/items does not correspond, specifying this on the delivery form or space reserved for a signature on the courier’s electronic device. The Customer must also contact KIKO through their Customer Service department to give details of the order in which the mistakes have occurred.
UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY
Conditions vary according to the shipping serviced used.
Swiss Post (Asendia)
In cases of non-delivery due to absence of the recipient at the specified address, the Postal worker will leave a delivery card and the shipment will be available to pick up from the Post Business for approximately ten working days. After this period, the products will be returned to KIKO.
UPS Express Courier
In cases of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient at the specified address, the UPS Customer Service department will attempt to contact the Customer to reschedule delivery. If no contact can be made, the courier will attempt to redeliver and, if this is unsuccessful due to absence of the recipient, the courier will make a further attempt to contact the Customer to schedule a new delivery time.
If the Customer Service department is unable to contact the Customer within five working days or in the event of a further failure to deliver due to absence of the recipient, the Products in the order will be returned to KIKO.
All Express Couriers/Postal Services
After 30 days from the date on which the Products in the order were returned to KIKO due to delivery not being possible, the contract will be terminated and the order cancelled, as per article 1456 of Italian Civil Code. KIKO will then reimburse the sum paid by the Customer minus the cost of returning the Products and the expenses incurred in storing them at the local courier branch.
The termination of the contract and the amount to be reimbursed will be communicated via e-mail. The amount to be reimbursed will be credited onto the same method of payment used by the Customer at the time of purchase. In the event that the Customer asks for the Products to be redelivered before the 30 days have elapsed, KIKO will proceed with the new delivery after debiting the expenses of this new delivery as well as the expenses for the Products' return to KIKO and the storage fees.
