If you experience problems paying with your credit card, you are advised to report the matter to your card issuer. This inconvenience is due to the new payment verification and security regulations imposed by banks (PSD2 protocol).

How can I return an item?

If you have placed an order on the KIKO website and wish to return one or more items purchased, you can do so within 14 days of receipt. Please remember that the costs associated with the return of items are to be borne by the customer.
If you return an item in compliance with the conditions herein, you will be entitled to a refund corresponding to the amount paid for the returned product, including the shipping costs relative to the most economical shipping method offered by KIKO MILANO.
The products must be shipped as soon as possible, and in any case, within 14 days from the day in which you informed us of your intention to return the items. The products must be shipped to the following address:

Note:  The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. The products must be returned complete and unused, with no signs of damage. Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health protection and hygiene reasons, which have been opened subsequent to receipt, or products that, following delivery, have been inseparably contaminated by other goods, are not subject to return.
