My shipment has been delayed; what can I do?
If you have placed an order and believe that your shipment has been delayed, please check how many days have elapsed since receiving confirmation of your order.
Please remember that shipping normally takes 5/6 days. We, therefore, recommend that you count the number of days elapsed starting from the day on which the products were shipped. You can find further information here.
