Yes, items can be exchanged in any store within the country of purchase. You have 30 days to exchange a product purchased in store for another item of the same value.
The product must nonetheless be complete, unused and any packaging must be intact. To exchange it, please visit the store where you purchased the item, or any store in your country, bringing both product and receipt with you.
We cannot offer exchanges for opened products and items without a receipt.
