Treatment relative to this site's web services takes place at the aforementioned registered offices and on their server located at Assistel's server farm – via Savona, Milan. The information is handled by personnel which has been specifically designated to treat the information, belonging to departments that handle marketing, commercial, administrative and accounting, technical and information technology, quality control, product management and customer relations tasks or any individuals designated to perform occasional maintenance operations. The entity designated to treat personal information and manage the e-commerce services is Accenture S.p.A. with registered offices in Milan, at Largo Donegani, 2, Milan Trade Registry, Tax Code and VAT Code 13454210157, Milan REA [Economic and Administrative Index] no. 1652886.
TREATMENT TERMS
Personal information is treated, also using automated and electronic instruments, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.
Specific security measures are taken in order to prevent the loss of information, illegal or improper use or unauthorized access, including https secure protocol for certain private sections of the website and applications and safeguards against unlawful access to the servers and the other processors in use.
