  • Where is my order?

    Once your order has been placed and shipped, you will receive an Order Confirmation email and a Shipping Confirmation email: both emails at the very top have a status widget, you can click the widget and you will be re-directed to your order status page. Please allow approximately 1-24 hours for the processing and shipping of all orders. Orders placed Noon EST on Friday will be processed on the following Monday. We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday and on the following days: President’s Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day.

  • WHAT'S THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT I CAN ORDER ON KIKO MILANO'S WEBSITE?

    Currently in order to provide you with the best customer experience you cannot spend more than $200 including S&H and TAX.

  • HOW CAN I ORDER ON KIKO MILANO’S WEBSITE?

    Ordering on kikocosmetics.com is simple:
    - Select the products you want to purchase and add them to your Shopping Bag.
    - Access your MyAccount section, create a new account or continue as a “New Customer”.
    - Type in the shipping address or change/confirm the shipping information if it has already been provided in a previous order.
    - Select the shipping service, enter the payment information and confirm the order.
    - The package is then prepared for shipping.

  • CAN I ORDER BY PHONE / VIA EMAIL?

    We're sorry, but we only accept orders made through our official website www.kikocosmetics.com.

  • HOW DO I ADD PRODUCTS TO MY SHOPPING BAG?

    Once you have found the product you want, select your preferred color or shade and click the "Add To Shopping Bag" icon.
    Click the "Shopping Bag" icon at the top right to see the products you have selected.

  • WHAT DOES "NOT AVAILABLE" MEAN?

    The " NOT AVAILABLE " label means that a product or a particular color or shade is currently unavailable. We invite you to check the website regularly for product availability.

  • I CAN'T FIND MY FAVORITE KIKO MILANO PRODUCT!

    Try searching for the product by using the search bar which is displayed in every page. If you can’t find the product, it may have been discontinued.
    We recommend you to look for other similar products on our website or visit the nearest KIKO MILANO store.

  • IF I WANTED TO CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    To change a shipping address or add an address other than the billing address, all you need to do is uncheck the “The shipping address matches the billing address” checkbox during the checkout process. You may be able to type in and save multiple shipping addresses.
    Creating a MyAccount profile you will be able to save and manager a list of different shipping addresses.

  • HOW CAN I CHECK THE ORDER STATUS?

    If you have created a MyAccount profile you will be able to check your order status into the “My Orders” section.
    On the other side if you choose to complete an order via the "New Customer” guest checkout you won’t be able to check your order status.

  • WHAT DOES "ORDER BEING PROCESSED" MEAN?

    The order has not been processed yet. At this stage, you can still cancel the order.
    KIKO MILANO only carries out the transaction at the moment that the package is assigned to the courier. Up until that moment the sum is only "reserved" in your account. In case the order was cancelled, the amount will remain "reserved" by the Bank or By PayPal for a maximum of 25 days in the former case and 10 days in the latter. The sum will then be made available again in the Customer's account.

  • WHAT DOES "ORDER BEING PREPARED FOR SHIPMENT" MEAN?

    The order has been processed and has been prepared for packaging and shipment. From this point on, it cannot be canceled.

  • WHAT DOES "ORDER SHIPPED" MEAN?

    The order has been sent off for shipment. You will now receive an email containing a link you can use to track delivery of your package. The link will also be displayed in the "My Orders" section of your MyAccount section.

  • WHAT DOES "ORDER DELIVERED" MEAN?

    The delivery was completed, that is the products were delivered at the shipping address specified during the checkout experience.

  • HOW CAN I CHANGE AN ORDER?

    You can add or remove items from your order or change the shipping address only during the purchasing process. Once an order is confirmed, you can no longer make any changes to it.

  • HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

    You can choose to cancel your order within 30 minutes of confirmation by accessing the "My Orders” section within your MyAccount profile.

  • DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX ON ORDERS?

    We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states: AR, CA, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, ME, MD, MI, MN, MO, NV, NJ, NY, NC, PA, RI, TX, VA, WY.
    Sales tax is generally calculated on the total selling price of each individual item. In accordance with state tax laws, the total selling price of an item will generally include item-level shipping and handling charges, item-level discounts, and gift-wrap charges (if applicable).

    KIKO USA, Inc. is not required to and does not collect sales or use tax from these jurisdictions: Colorado, Kentucky, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, and Vermont.
    This purchase is subject to use tax unless exempt, purchase of this item over the Internet does not alone exempt the purchase from use tax.
    Unless an exemption applies all use taxes applicable to this purchase must be paid and reported by filing a consumer use tax return in the applicable jurisdiction. Such forms can be located on the local tax commission website for the applicable jurisdiction.
