  • WHERE CAN I CHANGE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION (E-MAIL, ADDRESS, PASSWORD)?

    To manage your data, visit your profile page in the MyAccount section and select the data you want to edit.

  • I HAVE LOST MY PASSWORD. WHAT CAN I DO?

    Don't worry, you can easily retrieve a new password:
    - Click on "Login" and then on "Forgotten your password?".
    - Type in your email address and then click on "Send email".
    - You will receive an email with a new password.
    For security reasons we recommend you to change the system-generated password you will receive via email.

  • HOW CAN I SIGN UP TO RECEIVE KIKO MILANO EMAILS?

    Sign up and you will be always up-to-date about new products, offers and special events, all you need to do is to check the “I wish to receive communications from KIKO MILANO” checkbox.
    You may also be able to set your newsletter subscription in the MyAccount section.
