Kiko UK Ltd, established in 5TH Floor Mutual House 70, Conduit Street MAYFAIR organizes a promotion in the form of CONTEST aimed at people who meet the requirements of these rules. This promotion will be effective on July 30th and July 31st its scope will be exclusively for the British territory.
PERSONS TO WHOM THIS PROMOTION IS ADDRESSED
It is intended solely for people over 18 years who upload a photo to Instagram with their KIKO Milano looks at any KIKO Milano store during The Beauty Games MakeUp day, with the requirements and limitations specified below.
This contest is open to everyone except for KIKO Milano employees and agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators who have participated or helped in the event, neither immediate family members of all.
In order to participate, an essential requirement is to follow KIKO Milano’s Instagram profile: @kikomilano.
PARTICIPATION MECHANICS AND PRICE EXTRACTION
The dynamics of the contest will consist on the following actions: the user must publish in his/her Instagram profile, a photo with a product of The Beauty Games collection or a make-up look inspired by the same collection on the day of the event: July 30th. This picture needs to be uploaded with the hashtag: #TheBeautyGamesUK. The user’s Instagram profile needs to be public in order to be considered a valid participation.
There will be five winners who will be granted with Gift cards of a value that can go from £100.00 to £30.00 depending on the number of “likes” received.
The picture with more likes will win £100.00 gift card, while the second picture with more likes will win a gift card worth £75.00. The 3rd, 4th and 5th pictures more liked will win gift cards valued on £50.00, £40.00, and £30.00 respectively.
Kiko UK Ltd reserves the right to delete photos that, may not conform to the spirit of this promotion or violate the dignity of persons.
COMMUNICATION AND REQUIREMENTS TO ENJOY THE PRIZE
The result will be communicated by Kiko UK Ltd, during the week following to the event. Being an essential condition that the participants are followers of the @kikomilano Instagram profile.
Once assigned the winner, he/she must accept his/her prize along with his/her personal details and a photocopy/picture of his her ID.
The resignation or lack of acceptance for the price within 15 (fifteen) days, will result in the loss of the right to the prize.
This promotion is free. Prizes may under no circumstances be subject to change, alteration or compensation at the request of the winners and are not transferable or redeemable for cash value.
The prize’s commercialization is forbidden.
ORGANISER’S RESPONSABILITY
The organizer excludes any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to temporary lack of availability or continuity of the Web through which the participation in the promotion is allowed, and in particular, though not exclusively, to failures in access to different pages and shared answers via the Internet. The organizing company reserves the right to remove the promotion for cause any user who defrauds, alters or impairs the proper functioning and normal, and regulatory course of it.
The organizing company also reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify and / or terminate this contest, in whole or in any stage, if deemed convenient or if it is entered so exceptional circumstances prevent its realization. The organizing company will not be responsible for cases of force majeure (such as strikes, etc.) that could prevent the winner full or partial enjoyment of it. It also excludes any liability for damages that may occur during the enjoyment of the prize.
Kiko UK Ltd warns that this is not an open platform for complaints, inquiries or complaints about the brand or its products channel.
Any comments, images, photographs or testimony that may be contrary to public morals or damage the sponsoring brand image may be suppressed by Kiko UK Ltd and the shopping center involved.

The data provided by participants will be treated confidentially and collected in an automated personal data whose purpose is the communication of future releases and promotions.
