  • WHAT IS KIKO REWARDS?

    KIKO Rewards is the exclusive loyalty program of KIKO Milano which allows you to immediately take advantage of special promotions, earn points on every purchase at the online and physical store, earn extra points thanks to many initiatives and be updated on the latest news.

  • HOW CAN I REGISTER?

    You can join the world of KIKO Rewards by filling in the registration form on the KIKO Milano app, available free of charge for iOS and Android devices or in the KIKO Rewards section at kikocosmetics.com.

  • HOW DO I EARN POINTS FOR £10, £20 OR £30 COUPONS?

    From May 1, 2016 until April 27, 2017, if you are registered for KIKO Rewards you can earn 10 points for every £1 spent on KIKO Milano goods or services (excluding the purchase of gift cards) to be converted into £10, £20, £30 coupons you can use to get the KIKO products you love. In addition there are lots of chances for earning extra points; stay updated on our initiatives with the newsletter and the "Your offers" section of the app. To find out how to earn free points without making a purchase, click here.

  • DO I ALWAYS HAVE TO SHOW THE QR CODE AT THE CASH TO GET POINTS?

    To get KIKO Rewards points you ALWAYS have to identify yourself to the cashier as a KIKO Rewards customer before making payment:
    • By showing the QR Code on the app (you can print the card from your KIKO Rewards account at kikocosmetics.com).
    • By telling the cashier the card ID you find on the app, in the KIKO Rewards area at the site and in the registration confirmation email of the loyalty program. Otherwise you lose the right to the corresponding points. Once the receipt has been issued or the transaction is concluded at kikocosmetics.com it is no longer possible to get the points.

  • DO I ALWAYS HAVE TO SIGN IN TO MY KIKO REWARDS ACCOUNT TO GET POINTS ONLINE?

    To get KIKO Rewards points you must ALWAYS identify yourself as a KIKO Rewards customer before making payment when you sign in to the site with the email address used when you registered for the loyalty program. If you do not, you will lose out on the corresponding points.

  • HOW LONG BEFORE POINTS ARE ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT?

    In store purchases: within 24 hours
    Online purchases: within 30 days
    Social network points: within 24 hours
    Product review points: within 24 hours
    Registration bonus points: within 24 hours

  • WHAT BENEFITS DO I GET FROM KIKO REWARDS?

    From May 1, 2016 until April 27, 2017, you earn 10 points for every £1 spent (10 points = £1) that can be converted upon reaching a certain number of points according to the scheme below:
    • 2,000 points: KIKO discount coupon of £10.00
    • 3,000 points: KIKO discount coupon of £20.00
    • 4,000 points: KIKO discount coupon of £30.00
    Additionally, KIKO Rewards cardholders can take advantage of special promotions.
    Discount coupons cannot be used for buying gift cards.

  • DO THE POINTS HAVE AN EXPIRY DATE?

    Yes! All points (10 points = £1) earned on your KIKO Rewards card can go towards your purchases of products at any KIKO Milano physical store or online store (excluding gift card purchases) by no later than 27/04/2017.

  • WHERE CAN I CHECK THE POINTS I HAVE EARNED?

    You can see the updated balance of your KIKO Rewards card:
    • on the receipt of your last purchase
    • in the KIKO Rewards area of the KIKO Milano app*
    • at kikocosmetics.com by signing in to your KIKO Rewards account*
    *ATTENTION: the balance displayed on the app and site may not be updated with your last purchase.

  • HOW AND WHEN CAN I CONVERT MY POINTS INTO £10, £20 OR £30 COUPONS?

    From May 1, 2016 until April 27, 2017, once you have more than 2,000, 3,000 or 4,000 points you can decide to convert them into £10, £20 or £30 coupons to be used on your next purchase.
    You can ask for the coupon at the cash desk in the store by showing your KIKO Rewards card or telling the cashier your card ID before making payment.
    At kikocosmetics.com, after you sign in to your KIKO Rewards account, you can ask to use the discount coupon before your shopping cart is emptied.
    Discount coupons cannot be used to buy gift cards.

  • CAN £10, £20 AND £30 COUPONS BE USED ONLY PARTIALLY?

    The coupon must be used when you ask for it, and you cannot cancel your request for a discount coupon after you ask for it.
    The discount coupon can be used only once; it cannot be used for two separate purchases, no change is given and it cannot be converted into cash.
    To use the full value of the discount coupon the total of your purchase must be more than the value of the coupon.
    You can use more than one discount coupon to pay for a single purchase.
    No points are earned on the amount spent by using the discount coupon. (For example on a £15 purchase partially paid for with a £10 discount coupon: no points are earned on the £10 paid for with the discount coupon. On the other hand you earn 50 points on the £5 paid with other forms of payment accepted at the store or site).

  • WHAT HAPPENS TO THE POINTS EARNED IF I RETURN A PRODUCT?

    If you return some or all of the goods or services purchased at a store and earned points on them (for instance, if you change your mind or cancel the contract or return the product purchased you earned point on), for returned goods the store issues a voucher and deduct the points earned earlier. Later on when you use the voucher to purchase other products the points related to the amount of the voucher issued for the returned goods shall be credited.
    If you return some or all of the goods or services purchased at the online store and earned points on them (for instance, if you change your mind or cancel the contract or return the product purchased you earned point on), the points earned shall be deducted in proportion to the amount refunded.

  • WHICH GOODS AND SERVICES CAN I EARN KIKO REWARDS POINT ON?

    All products and services paid for at the store or kikocosmetics.com site (including shipping charges) allow you to earn points.
    Purchases of KIKO gift cards are excluded as they allow the user to earn points when they are used.

  • WHY MAKE SURE THAT YOUR DATA ARE CORRECT, MODIFY THEM OR GIVE YOUR CONSENT?

    We ask you to make sure your data and profile are correct (e.g. email, cell phone number, address) and give your consent during registration in the "change profile" section of your KIKO Rewards account because we want to send you promotions, let you know how and when to earn extra points and keep you updated on all news.

  • HOW CAN I LEAVE THE KIKO REWARDS PROGRAM?

    You can stop taking part in "KIKO Rewards" by canceling your KIKO Rewards Card any time by contacting Customer Service at the email address customercare-it@customercare.kikocosmetics.com or by entering your phone number in the form provided at the site for an operator to call you toll free.

  • IT IS HARD TO READ THE QR CODE AT THE CASH, WHAT CAN I DO?

    In certain lighting conditions scanning the QR code can be difficult. In such cases we advise you to increase the brightness of the display. Alternatively, before making payment tell the cashier the card ID you can find on the app.

  • WHY IS IT THAT THE "SCAN & SEE FUNCTION" DOES NOT WORK?

    Scanning product bar codes is done by the camera on a smart phone with auto-focus mode enabled. In some lighting conditions scanning the QR code can be difficult. Try scanning it by resting the product on a steady surface; check whether the barcode is damaged and try scanning it again.

  • WHY ARE SOME SECTIONS OF THE APP SLOW AND CANNOT BE ACCESSED?

    The app accesses the Internet to do the registration and sign in, to display some information about products, news, promotions and points. The device must have good coverage of the data network or be connected to a wifi network.

  • WHAT MUST I DO IF THE APP CANNOT FIND MY POSITION IN THE "STORES" SECTION?

    Check whether GPS geographical localisation services are enabled on the phone.
