The eyes are surrounded by lovely colour harmonies that change depending on application method:
- dry applicator, for a graphic and sophisticated look;
- wet applicator, for a subtle finish and a "watercolor" effect;
- as eyeliner, to line the eyes with strokes of pearly light.

How to get the ELECTRIC TOWN look
FACE: After cleansing and moisturizing the face, apply All Day Mat Foundation, followed by Full Coverage Concealer to all skin flows, blending it carefully with the base. Apply Soft Focus Concealer to eyes and points of light. Set both concealers with a thin layer of Compact Powder. Lastly, highlight the cheekbones by applying a generous amount of Soft Touch Blush (03 Pearly Mauve).
EYES: Create the drawing on the lower eyelid by tracing its outline with Urban Look Eyeliner (06 Night Blue), then filling it in with the darker shade of Electric Eyeshadow Palette (03 Harajuku Aquamarine) using Eye brushes 203 and 204. Use the pencil to line the inner rim of the eye too, making sure you also apply it in-between the bottom lashes for an even more intense and visible result. Add light to the area underneath the eyebrows and the cheekbones with the golden shade of the palette and a few touches of Electric Eyes Loose Pearl (03 Gold Touch) applied with your fingertips. For a more original and creative look, draw lines using the other colours of the palette, slightly wetting the brush to obtain a watercolour effect.
LIPS: Outline the lip contour with Ultra Glossy Lip Pencil, then fill in the lips with Unlimited Lipgloss (both 07 Peony). Then set the make-up with the Make up Fixer to make sure it stays flawless for a long time.
